Ms. Tiger spoke on a panel entitled "Minimizing Disruptions to Business During an Investigation." Areas that were discussed included:

• Coordinating between the business units, outside counsel and auditors;
• Deciding when company counsel can represent the employee;
• How to ensure a cost-effective investigation; and
• When, how and by whom should the investigation be conducted.
